We have really enjoyed the new space we have since you finished our house 2 months ago. And everyone that sees it is thoroughly impressed.

I didn't have many chances to talk to you during construction, but there are a few things I wanted to say.

First of all, I appreciate your “stay on top of it” work habit that you have. You proved that quality work doesn't have to take forever.

My two neighbors that had similar, but not as involved, additions put on were still stepping in sawdust after 5 months. My brother is going on one year of construction at his house in Glouster.

Your ability to organize your sub-let people, over and above your good craftsmanship is what gives you the edge.

So in closing I want you to know that through me you are recommended highly without hesitation!
And if you want to show the house or use us as a reference, don’t hesitate to do so.

Probably your greatest achievement was satisfying my wife! I think you know what I mean. She's a stickler for attention to detail, and she boasts that she certainly got it.
